Google Drive Share Public Link
1. Create Folder to share or skip to Step 2 if already created

2. Select Folder then select the Share icon option

3. Change the General Access to Anyone with the Link

4. Select Done

5. Copy the link to this folder using the Link Icon

5. Paste that link into an Email or other communications platform
Note: Anyone with the link will be able to view the contents in this folder.

Please make sure that the information that is being shared is not sensitive and/or you have encrypted the data.
