Teams - Displays the wrong time (Time Zone)

Step 1: Access Outlook Settings

Open a web browser and go to the Outlook website: https://outlook.office.com.
Sign in using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Time Zone Settings

Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
In the search bar, type "Time zone" and click on the relevant result.
In the left pane, click General → Language and time.

Step 3: Adjust the Time Zone

Click Change under the Time zone section.
A new pane will open under Time zones, where you may see a message indicating that your meeting time is set to a different time zone.
Click the "Yes, update" button to synchronize your time zone across Outlook and Teams.
Press Save

Step 4: Restart Microsoft Teams

Close and restart Microsoft Teams to apply the new time zone settings.
Verify that the correct time is now displayed in Teams meetings and chat timestamps.
