Select Analytics for 8x8 Work

Select Call Detail Records

Set the Duration for Analytics

Click the Search Field

Use Callee option for INBOUND analytics
Use Caller option for OUTBOUND analytics
We'll do Callee in this example

Set the operator to IS

Type the EXTENSION of the user

Click the Search button to begin query

Export the results using icon indicated below

Always export as XLSX

Inbound + Outbound Details
Use this option if you want to export BOTH the Inbound and Outbound calls together.
Select the Extension Summary option

Search for the Extension
Click on any of the choices, they all do the same thing

Find the View/Download options at the bottom

Remember to always download as XLSX.
