Change Profile Picture for 8x8

1. Click on your initials at the top-left

2. On the new window that appears, click your initials again

3. Select Upload Picture

4. Choose your image

5. Adjust Viewpoint accordingly and click Save

7. Do steps 1 and 2 again to see result
