Quick Assist
1. Click the Windows icon on the Taskbar
2. Search for "quick" and select the Quick Assist option
3. Enter code received by IT Support and then press Submit
4. Accept terms and conditions then select Allow
5. IT Support will send a request to control your computer, hit Allow at the top
6. When IT Support has finished, you can press Leave at the top right
